Not directly to KRA — every Kenyan business still files on iTax through the official portal. What Omnix does is generate a VAT3 PDF in your business colours, with every figure already populated for the period: total taxable supplies, output VAT, total taxable purchases, input VAT, and the payable line. You copy the figures into iTax and you're done. Same flow for P9, P10 and the Hardware Quote.
