- How do I reset my password?
- Click "Forgot password" on the login screen. We'll email you a reset link.
- Can I use Omnix offline?
- Yes. POS, inventory, payroll all run locally. Internet only needed for M-Pesa, eTIMS, and updates.
- How do I add a new branch?
- Settings → Branches → Add branch. You'll need the extra-branch upgrade (KES 15,000 one-time) if you're past your licence limit.
- Where is my data stored?
- Locally on your Windows machine in an encrypted SQLite database. Cloud backup is optional (KES 500/month per branch).
